Our Founders
Fr. Godfrey is a Catholic Priest belonging to the Order of the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB), an International Organization that works with children and youth. He has a Master’s in Psychology from the Fordham University, New York, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counseling from The Postgraduate Centre for Mental Health, New York.
Fr. Godfrey is the Founder and Director of Prafulta, a multi-dimensional Centre in Mumbai that caters to people in emotional distress. He continues to be the Director of Prafulta since 1998. He was also the President of the Conference of Catholic Psychologists of India (CCPI). He is a member of the Bombay Psychiatric Society (BPS).
Fr. Godfrey conducts a variety of programs. on affective and emotional growth. He does individual, group, and couples counseling. He conducts training modules in counseling skills and workshops in psycho-sexual-spiritual integration. He has done his training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) in London and is also an Integrated Somatic Psychology (ISP) practitioner.

It has survived not only many decades, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised thanks to these sheets and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker and Microsoft Word including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
